1. We will need client`s ID or Company Trade License copy to proceed for shipment`s.
2. The client undertakes that they are the lawful owner of the vehicle being shipped and shall submit a copy of Emirates ID, passport, trade license, vehicle title, purchase invoice of the vehicle.
3. The client warrants that he is either the owner or the authorized agent of the vehicle to which any business relates, and further warrants that he is authorized to accept and is accepting these Conditions not only for himself but also as agent for and on behalf of the owner of the vehicle and all other persons who are or may hereafter become interested in the vehicle (any such persons being herein called the Owner)
4. In the event Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC found that the client is not the lawful owner of the vehicle, then Alpha Worldwide has the right to deliver/hand over the vehicle to the lawful owner who submits the official ownership papers, in this case Alpha Worldwide shall not bear any legal liability whatsoever.
5. The client hereby verifies and confirms that this email address and phone number will serve as the sole points of communication and affirms that he is the rightful owner of both.
6. Port storage / line demurrage / truck detention charges / repair charges if empty container found damaged, or any additional charges from carrier has to be paid by the client.
7. The Client shall pay to Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC any charges after being notified in writing to pay within fifteen days, failure of which, Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC has the right without getting any court order to sell the vehicle and recover any outstanding fees from the proceeds of the sale.
8. Cargo insurance / vehicle insurance are not included.
9. Its highly recommended to avail vehicle insurance, In case of insurance not been taken from Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC, We will not be held responsible for any kind of losses, damage or breakage happened during the entire shipment and whatsoever it may be.
10. Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC is not liable in case of any delay caused by the shipping line or local transporter, force major condition like acts of God, natural disaster, war, import/export embargos, change in government regulations, strikes, lockouts, customs approvals, customs inspection and other conditions beyond our control.
11. The Client is responsible for filing any claims related to cargo or vehicle insurance. Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC will assist with documentation but will not be liable for any claim denials or issues arising from the insurance process.
12. If original Invoice, Packing list & Coo (attested from Chamber of Commerce) docs are missing then a customs fine due to non-availability of original docs may be applicable .
13. We offer 7 days free storage after that a fee per day is applicable, and if the vehicle is not collected within 60 days from the date of quotation, Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC has the right to sell the vehicle and recover any cost that has been incurred.
14. For imports intended for re-export, the client must ensure all documents are submitted as per requirements. Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC will not be responsible for claiming tax and duty refunds if proper documentation is not provided.
15. Payment is to be received in advance after the receipt of this quotation. In case of non-payment within the given time, AWW will charge a late payment fee of 500 AED as a minimum or as applicable, and the client agrees to pay the same.
16. Quotation is valid for 10 days only from the date of issue. After this period, terms may be subject to change.
17. Medical Supplies and Foods Items are prohibited. Customers should notify us if Extra Item is inside the car.
18. In case customs determine that the vehicle is stolen, Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from such determination. The Client shall remain liable to make any payments or fees due to Alpha Worldwide.
19. Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC shall not be liable for any claims or compensations of any kind regarding any damages occurred to the shipped vehicle or vehicles, unless it is proven that the damages are resulted from the Alpha Worldwide`s negligence or failure to comply with the applicable rules and regulations.
20. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Worldwide Logistic Services LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client`s actions, omissions, or violations of these terms and conditions.
21. Both parties agree to keep all transaction details, including prices and terms, confidential and shall not disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent.
22. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates
23. Any disputes arising from transactions or these terms will be resolved through Dubai Courts.
